At Site Text Pro, we understand that requirements may evolve or circumstances may change after initiating a project. While we aim to provide maximum flexibility, our services involve customized planning, resource allocation, and early-stage investment. As a result, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation Eligibility & Duration

Clients may request to cancel a project within 48 hours of payment, provided that no technical or design work has begun and no access to services has been granted. In such cases, a written cancellation request must be submitted to info@sitetextpro.com. If the cancellation is approved, the client may receive a partial refund, subject to deductions for initial consultation, administrative charges, or project planning efforts.

After Project Commencement

Once the project has entered the design, development, or execution phase, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. This includes scenarios where significant time, creative resources, or development hours have already been invested.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Items

Payments made toward third-party services—such as domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, DLT registration, or payment gateway setup are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they are governed by the respective providers’ terms.

Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sitetextpro.com within the stated 48-hour window. We will review and respond within 7–10 business days, and if eligible, the applicable refund (if any) will be processed in line with our refund policy.

Refund Mode

If your refund request is approved:

• 1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• 2. The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
• 3. Refund status and communication will be shared via email.
