At Site Text Pro, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital services such as website development, app design, and secure payment gateway activation. Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, all sales are considered final once a project has begun or access to services has been provided.
However, we do understand that plans may change. If a client chooses to cancel a project before any technical or design work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for initial consultation, project planning, or administrative costs.

Please note:
  • 1. No refund will be provided once a project is significantly underway or after delivery of work.
  • 2. Payments made toward third-party services (e.g., domain name, hosting, SSL, DLT registration, or payment gateway charges) are non-refundable, as these are governed by the policies of the respective providers.
Refund Eligibility Duration
If you are dissatisfied with our service or believe there has been an error, you must submit a written refund request within 15 days from the date of project delivery or service access.
Refund Mode
If your refund request is approved:
  • 1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • 2. The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
  • 3. Refund status and communication will be shared via email.
