A detailed scope of work (SOW), quotation, and timeline will be shared before project initiation.

Clients are expected to provide clear project requirements, branding content, hosting access (if applicable), and timely feedback. The client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all business data submitted for development or configuration purposes.

Payments for services must be made according to the predefined milestone plan or payment schedule. All payments are to be made through our secure online payment gateway, UPI, or bank transfer options as available on the website. Invoices are considered due upon issuance unless a grace period is explicitly granted. Project development may be paused or terminated in case of delayed or failed payments. No final deliverables (code, credentials, or content) will be shared until full payment is received.

Our payment processing system is integrated with reputed and PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways for maximum transaction security. We do not store full card or banking details on our server. Users agree to provide accurate billing information and are responsible for any unauthorized use of their payment credentials. In case of payment failure, duplicate charges, or incorrect deductions, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

Once a payment is made and work has commenced, refunds are generally not provided. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be issued for completed milestones or digital deliverables already handed over. For payment gateway activation fees or third-party charges, refunds are subject to the policies of the respective provider.

Upon full and final payment, ownership of custom-developed code, design, and assets will be transferred to the client. Site Text Pro retains the right to use generalized portions of code and design patterns for future projects unless otherwise agreed. Clients must not resell, redistribute, or replicate deliverables without prior consent.

We aim to deliver all projects on time, as per the timeline agreed in the project plan. Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., missing content, lack of communication) are not our responsibility. Force majeure events such as power outages, server failure, or natural disasters may impact delivery schedules.

All client information, including business data, login credentials, and payment information, is treated as confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party unless required by law or authorized by you in writing. We implement SSL encryption and adhere to industry security standards to protect your information.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. We may suspend or terminate services if:

• 1. Payments are repeatedly delayed
• 2. The client breaches any provision of this agreement
• 3. Fraudulent or unethical activity is suspected

Site Text Pro is not responsible for: Data loss due to third-party hosting issues Downtime or bugs in third-party APIs or services Financial loss due to misuse or errors in the use of the platform Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

We may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS APIs, analytics, etc. We do not control or assume responsibility for the functionality or security of third-party systems. Clients are encouraged to review the terms of the respective third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
